Order & Cancellations
1. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom printed just for you, we have a very small window to make changes. You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter production, and we will be unable to cancel it.
2. I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@almatersshop.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet entered production (usually within 12 hours), we can update it for you. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Products & Stock
3. What happens if an apparel item is out of stock?
To avoid delays with your order, if a specific apparel color or size is temporarily out of stock, we may use a high-quality substitute from a different brand. We guarantee that the substitute will be of equal or greater quality and a perfect color and size match to your original choice.
Special Requests
4. Do you offer bulk discounts?
At this time, we do not offer discounts for bulk orders of products or shipping. Each item is priced individually.
5. Can I request custom packaging or gift wrapping?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand process where items are shipped directly from our printing partners, we are unable to offer custom packaging, inserts, or gift-wrapping services.
