Refund & Reprint Policy
At Almatersshop, we are committed to quality and your satisfaction. Every product is custom printed on-demand with care just for you.
Because of the personalized nature of our items, we have a reprint-focused policy to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Please read the following carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After this 12-hour window, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
2. Our Quality Guarantee: Free Reprints
We stand by our products. If your order has any of the issues below, we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. You are eligible if your item has:

A Manufacturing Error: A clear defect in printing, or a flaw in the product itself.

Damage in Transit: The product arrives broken or damaged.

A Wrong Item Sent: You receive a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
Important: In these cases, you do not need to return the original item. Simply follow the steps in Section 5.
3. Policy Limitations (What We Don't Cover)
Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer reprints, returns, or refunds for the following:

You chose the wrong size, color, or product. Please review our size charts and your order details carefully before purchasing.

You changed your mind (buyer's remorse).

You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

The tracking information shows "Delivered". We cannot be responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered.
4. Return Shipping

In cases where a return is required, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

However, in most cases covered by our Quality Guarantee (manufacturing error, transit damage, or wrong item), you will not need to return the defective product — instead, we will provide a free replacement.

If a return is necessary (for example, when our support team explicitly requests it), the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
5. How to Request a Free Reprint
If your item has an issue covered by our Quality Guarantee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Provide Your Information
In your email, you must include:

Your Order Number.

A clear description of the issue.

A clear photo of the defective item laid on a flat surface. This is mandatory for us to process your request.
Our support team will review your request and typically respond within 72 business hours. If approved, we will immediately process a free reprint for you.
6. Returns for Exceptional Cases
While our policy is reprint-focused and we generally do not accept returns for personalized items, we comply with a 14-day return window for exceptional cases where our support team explicitly requests a return for quality inspection. In such rare instances, the item must be in its original condition. Please note that as per Section 4, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate any quality claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order as outlined in Section 5.
